Week 1. Embrace

In this first week we will embrace you and your family as we learn about your challenges, family dynamics,  and how you are managing your unique parenting journey.

Week 2: Educate

Now that we have a better understanding of your needs we will share strategies and skills to support you and your family. This may include: understanding neurodiversity,  nervous system regulation, family dynamics and communication, attachment and attunment, burnout prevention, co-regulation, self care etc:

Week 3: Encourage

This week we look at how we encourage ourselves and our loved ones. Sometimes it's hard to keep putting one foot in front of the other, so let's explore ways to keep momentum, hold onto hope and be kind to ourselves in the process.

Week 4: Empower

As we gather all our new insights, tools and strategies, we can empower ourselves to advocate for our children and teach them to advocate for themselves. Some of the things we may explore include finding our voice, healthy conflict, neuroaffirming language, family values etc.
